I am currently recruiting for an established M&E Contractor who is looking for an M&E Senior Electrical Estimator for a role based in London.

The right M&E Senior Electrical Estimator will have at least 10 years experience with an M&E Contractor and be looking for a long-term opportunity with the chance to grow the department.

Roles & Responsibilities for the M&E Senior Electrical Estimator
  1. Responsible for all estimating
  2. Negotiate supplier & Sub-Contractor deals at tender stage
  3. Monthly reporting to Managing Director & Ops Manager
  4. Arrange and lead weekly estimating workload meetings
  5. Monitor and structure your team, identify weaknesses & strengths
  6. Carry out PDRs with your team
  7. Investigate & propose Value Engineering
  8. Investigate & propose innovation
  9. Investigate & propose new suppliers & Sub-contractors
  10. Structure estimating to streamline processes
  11. Build collaborative relationships with site-based teams
  12. Investigate & propose a dedicated estimating system
  13. Price higher value variations
  14. Review drawings - Tender vs. construction

The M&E Senior Electrical Estimator role is available for an immediate start for the right person and does have the option for remote working a few days a week.
