What You’ll Be Doing You will be the reliable presence ensuring lessons stay on track, including: Delivering pre-set lesson plans across a range of subjects Supporting students to remain focused, engaged, and ready to learn Managing behaviour in a calm, consistent, and positive way Building strong rapport with students across the school Assisting departments during quieter periods, including basic admin tasks Remaining flexible and confident moving between classes throughout the day No planning.
