Cover Supervisor – Secondary School – Hackney – Education and Training – Cover Supervisor – Secondary School – Hackney Key Details Full-time role Secondary school in Hackney January 2026 Term-time only, £105-£120 per day About the Role You will be responsible for supervising classes during teacher absence, ensuring students remain on task and engaged. You will deliver pre set work, manage classroom behaviour, and support a positive learning environment. The ideal candidate will have Experience working with young people (schools, tutoring, mentoring, coaching or youth work) Strong behaviour management and communication skills Confidence leading a classroom A proactive and positive attitude A genuine interest in the education sector Requirements Right to work in the UK Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply through Milk Education) Relevant experience working with young people If you are passionate about shaping young minds, committed to developing your classroom skills, and excited to support a thriving school community, we would love to hear from you.
