Senior E-Commerce Manager – Luxury Skincare & Beauty Tech This is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving brand-building disrupter in the Health, Wellness and Beauty sector that has seen +100% growth YoY. By joining at the start of our next growth phase, you will be at the forefront of our digital growth delivery team across 3 industry‑leading brands. Main Roles & Responsibilities Reporting to the Head of Digital, manage at least 3 D2C e‑commerce sites and 2 B2B marketplaces. Lead day‑to‑day trading of e‑commerce sites, ensuring products and content are accurate, inspiring and optimised for conversion. Own e‑commerce KPIs (conversion, AOV, traffic, bounce/exit rates) and deliver actionable insights. Partner with marketing and operations teams to manage product lifecycle, availability and trading opportunities. Manage and coordinate homepage updates, seasonal campaigns, promotions and new product launches, ensuring flawless on‑site execution. Analyse customer journeys, UI, UX, site performance and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities. Oversee web development, site and user experience enhancements and provide clear briefs to the web development agency, ensuring clear requirements, timelines and budgets are met. Responsible for on‑site SEO development and performance. Oversee and support integrations and new functionality between Shopify and other business systems. Oversee and implement ongoing platform/app maintenance, upgrades and custom feature development (e.g. custom apps, payment flows, UX/CX) including security, compliance and data protection (SSL, PCI, patches). Support performance‑marketing channels across paid media, SEO, affiliates and email marketing. Ensure all promotional activity and transactions are tested with operations and finance to ensure smooth running of the income channel. Provide regular sales and performance reports to teams and stakeholders. Work with finance to ensure compliance of all payment gateways and correct reconciliation of transactions. Drive new best practice, disruptive techniques and cutting‑edge approaches to deliver on our digital‑first vision. What Will Make You Right for This Role? At least 5 years experience managing e‑commerce sites across B2C, D2C and B2B businesses. Understanding of e‑commerce and performance marketing in a fast‑paced environment. 3–5 years solid experience using Shopify. Working knowledge of HTML or configuring Shopify themes. Experience using GA4 or equivalent analytics tools. Strong understanding of content strategy, technical/ on‑site SEO. In‑depth knowledge of user journey mapping and CRO. Knowledge of performance‑marketing channels (paid search, display, affiliate, email). Experience with Klaviyo or equivalent ESP for segmentation and optimisation of user journeys. Proven track record of designing, developing, and launching websites from concept to completion. Demonstrated ability to manage external web‑development agencies. Strong analytical and technical skills. Excellent campaign project‑management skills and experience driving high‑quality digital‑marketing activity on time and to budget. Entrepreneurial mindset with an autonomous working style. Knowledge of the aesthetics, beauty and retail landscape.
