A new role for a Test Manager is now available on an immediate FIXED TERM CONTRACT. The role is responsible for planning coordinating and monitoring all testing activities as part of a digital transformation/e commerce project.

**Some of the main areas of responsibility include**:

- Be responsible for defining the testing strategy, identifying for each phase of testing
- Implementation of a Test Management organisation including roles and responsibilities.
- Definition of appropriate test levels, test phases including entry-/acceptance criteria.
- Scope of the testing to be performed, including any required testing tools.
- Responsibility for managing the testing phase.
- Timing of the testing phase, in relation to the project plan.
- Be responsible for obtaining the approval of the testing strategy
- Lead the test teams including KPS, client and 3rd party QA teams.
- Define and implement QA/test tool strategies, using Jira.

**Key experience we are looking for from our Test Coordinator**:

- Significant experience as a test coordinator/manager in digital transformation/e-commerce projects.
- Experience in defining test strategies and concepts for e-commerce projects.
- Experience in leading workshops and testing teams of more than 5 people.
- Proven end-to-end testing experience with agile and hybrid methodologies.
- Knowledge and experience of the Atlassian software suite (JIRA and Confluence)
- Knowledge and experience of typical test management tools (e.g. HP ALM, SAP Solution

This role is to work for our Andover based client on an initial FTC, the term can be negotiable dependant on your situation. This is a full time role, a hybrid split along with a number of other perks available.
