Hours of work are 8.45 am until 3.45 pm Monday‑Friday with a half‑hour lunch break. Half an hour is spent each day at lunchtime running activities for children on the yard. Essential Qualifications NVQ level 3 or above qualification (or equivalent), relevant to the post Desirable Qualifications Level 2 or equivalent qualification in English/Literacy and Mathematics/Numeracy Essential Experience Experience of working with children Experience of working in a relevant classroom/service environment Desirable Experience Experience of administrative work Experience of supporting pupils with challenging behaviour is desirable.
