In this varied role, you\'ll take responsibility for driving revenue growth, through multiple channels, including new business acquisition and improving share-of-wallet within existing clients. You\'ll be a key member of the senior leadership team; directly influencing the strategic growth of the business. Our client is a leading player within STEM/technical sectors recruitment. They are in a strong financial position, with the resources available for significant growth over the medium term. You\'d be joining them at an exciting time in this pivotal role. You will be a seasoned and credible recruitment professional, with a proven track record in STEM recruitment. (Relevant sector experience is essential). You will be comfortable interfacing with c-suite clients and you\'ll be used to managing a sales or bids team – in a sales director or similar role – previously. A great package is on offer, including a strong basic salary, excellent bonus scheme and a long term incentive plan. Moreover, there is considerable scope for this role to grow in size and influence as the firm continues to expand. Responsibilities Drive revenue growth through multiple channels, including new business acquisition and expanding share-of-wallet within existing clients. Take a lead role as a senior member of the leadership team, directly influencing strategic growth. Manage and develop a sales or bids team (in a sales director or similar capacity). Qualifications Seasoned and credible recruitment professional with a proven track record in STEM recruitment (relevant sector experience essential). Comfortable interfacing with c-suite clients. Experience managing a sales or bids team in a sales director or similar role.
