Luxury Showroom Senior Sales Advisor – QUORN COUNTRY TILES LIMITED Salary: £26,000 - £29,000 per annum plus performance bonus up to £9,300 (OTE £38,300). Job type: Full-time (Part-time options available). Work location: Quorn, Leicestershire. Drive licence preferred. Ability to commute or relocate to Bury St. Edmunds IP30 0UQ is required. Job Description We are a leading retailer and importer of luxury natural stone and porcelain flooring. As a family‑run business established in 1995, we offer customers the highest quality flooring and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Provide support to the showroom team and deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales process. Communicate clearly and confidently via phone, email, and in person; ensure grammatical accuracy and a friendly tone. Offer technical and design advice, answer queries and guide customers from initial contact to final sale. Handle sales calls (incoming and outbound) and manage the CRM system with relevant client information. Create quotations, process payments, arrange deliveries, manage after‑sales service and product sampling. Welcome customers to the showroom, build relationships, and maintain a professional, friendly environment. Resolve product or service issues, handle complaints, and provide problem resolution. Assist the sales team in closing sales and support new starter inductions and training. Qualifications & Skills Minimum 2 years sales experience (preferably in luxury goods). Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office. Extremely organised with strong prioritising ability. Passion for interiors and a natural flair for design. Excellent communicator with a positive self‑motivation and ability to inspire colleagues. Customer‑focused attitude, enthusiastic, and hands‑on approach.
