A prestigious luxury flooring retailer is seeking a professional and personable Showroom Sales Advisor to join their Suffolk team. This is a wonderful opportunity to be part of a growing, high-end brand known for beautiful products, elegant showrooms, and exceptional customer service. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the showroom team and ensuring every customer receives an outstanding experience. You will be confident engaging with customers in person, over the phone, and via email—adapting your tone seamlessly across communication channels. This is a busy, hands‑on role that requires strong organisation, a proactive approach, and the ability to prioritise effectively. A natural interest in design and interiors will help you guide customers through product options and create an enjoyable, luxury-focused showroom visit.
