Position Overview The Senior Manager Product Marketing role is a dynamic opportunity for a self-motivated professional to shape the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for Diligent IT Risk Management (ITRM). Reporting to the Senior Director Product Marketing this Senior PMM will focus on positioning Diligent as the leading GRC platform for IT risk cyber risk management and IT compliance. The Senior PMM will be responsible for developing messaging and content that resonates with CISOs IT risk leaders compliance officers and board-level stakeholders across EMEA and globally. This position requires close collaboration with Product Management Sales and Marketing to deliver impactful positioning differentiated storytelling and resources that enable growth. As part of the Risk & Audit Business Unit the Senior PMM will play a pivotal role in helping Diligent stand out in the cyber GRC landscape by driving adoption and awareness Diligent ITRM. Key Responsibilities Develop & Execute GTM Strategy : Lead the development of positioning and messaging for Diligents IT Risk Management product suite with a focus on risk quantification third-party risk IT compliance and board-level visibility. Market Research : Conduct in-depth research into the IT risk and cybersecurity landscape including competitor analysis market trends buyer personas and regulatory frameworks (e.g. NIS2 DORA NIST ISO 27001 etc.). Sales Enablement : Create and maintain high-impact enablement resources (pitch decks battle cards product collateral competitive intelligence) to help the Sales team effectively communicate the value of Diligent ITRM. Sales Partnership : Partner with sales leaders and internal subject matter experts to refine product positioning throughout the sales cycle identify opportunities for new enablement and localization and ensure strong alignment across GTM functions. Content Development : Collaborate with Content Marketing to produce compelling thought leadership blogs case studies and white papers that highlight ITRM and cybersecurity best practices. Marketing Campaign Support : Work with global demand generation teams to deliver integrated campaigns webinars and events that reinforce Diligents leadership in cyber risk. Product Collaboration : Partner with Product Management to bring customer insights into roadmap discussions and ensure positioning reflects evolving customer needs. Customer Advocacy : Support customer-first initiatives including an ITRM Customer Advisory Board and the development of customer testimonials or case studies to help strengthen customer relationships and loyalty. Win / Loss Analysis : Analyze deal outcomes and monitor competitor activity to continuously refine positioning sharpen differentiation and fuel sales effectiveness. Competitive Intelligence : Monitor and analyze competitor activities market trends and industry developments to create compelling battle cards and refine competitive positioning. Leverage insights to craft impactful messaging that drives campaign effectiveness and enhances sales enablement efforts. Required Experience / Skills 4 years of B2B product marketing experience in SaaS technology or professional services ideally within IT risk management cybersecurity or GRC. Strong understanding of IT risk management cybersecurity compliance frameworks and regulatory drivers. Demonstrated experience in marketing AI-powered SaaS solutions or applying AI to GTM execution (e.g. content creation customer insights persona research campaign optimization). Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product sales and marketing to execute GTM strategies. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to simplify technical concepts into compelling business narratives. Familiarity with marketing tools such as Salesforce Outreach Marketo and Wrike is beneficial but not required.
