Do you have the vision and drive to help grow our new Haringey Looked After Children CAMHS service? We are looking for a Practitioner Psychologist ready to step into this exciting opportunity to set up a new embedded service in partnership with LB Haringey. The ideal candidate will have CAMHS experience, including knowledge and experience of services embedded in social care settings and/or Looked After Children's services. The Integrated Services team are a group of services embedded in community settings and/or working closely with clinical networks. We offer supportive management, dedicated to ensuring our integrated CAMHS teams remain well held and connected to the wider CAMHS teams. Working in partnership with the Service Lead and our LB Haringey partners, you will lead on the development, implementation and ongoing evaluation of the new service: building on our existing clinical model in place in Enfield, adapting it to suit the Haringey context designing-in ways to ensure the voices of the children and young people the service cares for, and their carers, are central to the approach and clinical practice oversee clinical governance of the team, line managing and supervising the clinical work of a small team facilitating consultation and intervention to professionals, carers and young people, and undertaking audit and evaluation of the model to help us refine and improve the offer and meet service KPIs Your primary place of work will be at the local authority building in Wood Green (Haringey Council, 48 Station Road, Wood Green, N22 7TR), with requirement to meet carers and young people in the community where clinically indicated. You will also need to attend the Trust base at St. Ann's and other CAMHS sites when required.
