Reinstatement Manager We are currently recruiting for a Reinstatement Manager to join our team, delivering exceptional customer service and innovative operational solutions across the East Midlands. Working hours & Location Location: Leicester £38,000 - £40,000 As a Reinstatement Manager, you will be working to meet the needs of the client’s SLA’s in the most productive and cost‑effective manner. You will be helping to provide technical expertise, experience, and work within a team to deliver a first‑class service to our customers. You will engineer solutions on site and focus your teams on completing work correctly, first time. You will work with the scheduling team ensuring programmes are managed and delivered accordingly. You will provide support to ensure that the company’s work is effectively completed through communication with internal and external customers, as well as the management of the business and client database systems. Key Responsibilities Operational responsibility for the reinstatement teams and their in‑day activities. Organise labour in the most cost‑effective way, including recruitment, disciplinary action, wages, and absence management. Manage all other resources such as sub‑contractors, materials, and plant. Assist with carrying out team briefings on a monthly basis. Coach and develop staff to reach their potential, ensuring a fair and consistent culture with the teams. Assist with the defect programme and ensure that KPIs are met; attend client and council meetings. Conduct documented audits, checking quality of the work and coaching teams/individuals to ensure the right behaviours are exhibited. Liaise with the Support Services and Streetworks Team to manage FPN and Section 74 liabilities. Act as a Health & Safety Representative, undertaking inspections, raising related matters with management, and investigating reportable accidents or incidents. Cover all aspects of reinstatements, including black top and white top.
