BMS Commissioning Engineer - ContractLocation: London (projects across Greater London and surrounding areas)Rate: £300 - £400 per day (outside IR35)Contract Length: Ongoing / Long-term project pipelineAbout the Role:We're currently looking for a skilled BMS Commissioning Engineer to support a range of high-profile building automation projects across London. This is a contract role offering competitive day rates and a steady pipeline of work with a forward-thinking, well-established organisation.Key Responsibilities:Commissioning BMS systems (Trend, Tridium, Siemens, or similar) on commercial and mixed-use developmentsCarrying out full point-to-point testing, system functionality checks, and control strategy validationIdentifying and resolving commissioning issues, ensuring smooth project deliveryWorking alongside project managers, control panel engineers, and site teams to meet tight deadlinesProducing accurate commissioning documentation and supporting project handoverProviding on-site technical support and feedback to improve project outcomesWhat You'll Need:Proven experience commissioning BMS systems in a fast-paced, site-based environmentStrong understanding of HVAC systems and building servicesFamiliarity with at least one major BMS platform - Trend, Tridium, Siemens, Schneider, etc.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively on busy construction sitesValid CSCS/ECS card and relevant commissioning qualifications (e.g., Trend SET, Niagara N4)Own tools, laptop, and vehicle preferredWhy Join This Project?Competitive day rate: £300 - £400, paid weeklyOutside IR35 engagementWork on exciting, technically advanced sites across LondonOpportunity to work with a respected and busy contractor with long-term prospectsProfessional, supportive team and efficient project managementIf you're an experienced BMS Commissioning Engineer available for your next contract in London, we'd love to hear from you.
