We're looking for an experienced SEO lead to drive fast growth in our SEO channel across our digital ecosystem. This is a strategic and hands‑on role, working closely with our agency partners, developers, and internal teams to deliver measurable, fast‑paced growth. You will be responsible for: Drive significant growth in our SEO visits and revenue Lead, develop and manage a team of 13 Designing, executing, and measuring SEO strategies that align with our e‑commerce objectives Conducting advanced keyword research and opportunity analysis Pro‑actively identifying and prioritising initiatives that drive organic traffic and improve rankings Collaborating with our agency & tech team to optimise site architecture, internal linking, and technical SEO elements Leading improvements across core web vitals, site speed, schema markup, and device usability Managing canonicalisation, hreflang, redirects, and URL structure with precision Driving offsite authority through Digital PR and outreach campaigns About you.
