You’ll have completed an NVQ3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) and be fully competent in medication administration. What you will be doing Plan and manage delivery of quality care to our residents alongside a team of Senior Care and Care Assistants Ensure your team are supported and have guidance throughout their shift Administration of medication to residents Liaising with external medical professionals and resident’s families Ensuring care is delivered to the highest standards in line with Care South values Make a Real Difference Every Day Everyone working at Care South is dedicated to providing the best quality care to all our residents.
