Adult Social Care LawyerLondon Local AuthorityLocum ContractsHybrid Working ArrangementA reputable local authority in London is seeking to recruit an Adult Social Care Lawyer to join their well-established team.The Adult Social Care Lawyer will join the London Council to cover a maternity leave, however there may be potential to extend further. Office attendance is flexible and usually required a couple of times per month, however the candidate must be available to work full-time hours across 5 days per week. Fully remote working may be considered for the right candidate, depending on location and experience.The successful candidate will be required to manage a mixed caseload of Adult Social Care matters including:Court of Protection (COP)Ordinary ResidenceDeprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DOLS)Care ActMental Capacity ActThis will be a great opportunity for a determined Adult Social Care Lawyer to develop their expertise, and take on a varied and interesting caseload, within an accomplished team.Our client is seeking to fill this locum Adult Social Care role as soon as possible, so applicants will ideally be able to start immediately or within a few weeks' notice.
