Locum Adult Social Care Lawyer London Local Authority Locum Contract Hybrid Working Arrangement Up to £60ph (umbrella) Sellick Partnership are recruiting for an Adult Social Care Lawyer on behalf of a well-known London Borough Council. The successful Adult Social Care Lawyer will join the Council on an initial 3 month locum contract, with the view to extend further. Office attendance will be required twice per week. This is an exciting opportunity for a hardworking individual to join a prestigious legal team, undertaking a variety of work for the Council. The Adult Social Care Lawyer will be expected to manage a personal caseload of matters relating to: Court of Protection (COP) proceedings Mental Capacity Act Mental Health No Recourse to Public Funds (NRPF) Ordinary Residence Judicial Review Advisory work We encourage all interested applicants to apply immediately to be considered for shortlisting.
