Desirable but not essential to have stock management experience. Motivated, proactive and commercially driven to lead a team. Strong organisational and leadership skills. Thrives working in a hands on, fast‑paced environment. Results driven, resilient and able to adapt to the needs of the business. Our stores are fast‑paced and trade 7 days a week. This role requires flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis. What’s important to us?
