Search Logistics are partnering with midlands based manufacturer in their search for a Warehouse Team Leader to operate and Lead a team of Warehouse Operatives and Forklift Drivers.
- Experience leading warehouse staff
- Forklift Licence
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- General Haulage

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday Days
- To provide day to day staff supervision and direction to the warehouse operatives & FLT drivers, planning resources effectively to meet customer demand and quality standards by driving a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
- To maximize efficiency and staff utilization through rolling review of workload, reprioritizing and communicating effectively to meet changing capacity and demand.
- To implement and maintain effective staff training and quality control through the operation to ensure good work flow
- Day to Day responsibility for FLT operative's performance management, T & A matters and the active resolution of queries. Support the Production Supervisors in achieving all relevant KPI's.
- To manage raw material board, organise and plan daily operations within the warehouse and production areas, ensuring that all work orders are allocated to the correct location and on time whilst maintaining quality standards.
