They supply several national and international customers with their own brand of laundry and cleaning products.They are currently seeking a full-time Blow Moulding Machine Operator to join their expanding team within the technical department.What’s in it for you?20 days annual leave + bank holidaysContributory workplace pension planJoin a growing, supportive manufacturing team with opportunities to develop technical and engineering skillsAre you the right person for the job?Experience operating stretch blow moulding machinery (essential)A good understanding of mechanical concepts and a willingness to develop technicallyFLT licence (preferred)Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality and safety standardsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced production environmentWhat will your role look like?Prepare and set up the Two-Stage Stretch Blow Mould Machine (SMI – Rotary type)Operate and monitor machinery to produce PET bottles to the required quality standardsPerform mould changeovers and install accessories as neededConduct routine quality inspections and carry out basic maintenance tasksWork closely with the operations team to meet production targetsManage and monitor performance process parameters and coordinate with the Operations ManagerRecord machine parameters, maintenance activities and production data accuratelyFollow all safety procedures to maintain a safe working environmentAssist in diagnosing and resolving machine faults or product defectsWhat’s next?
