We'd like you to join us as a Support Worker to care for our growing CYP (children & young people) client base in Southport. What you'll be doing: We are rapidly expanding our children's care packages in the Southport area. Therefore, we are looking to grow our team. This role is to work across children's packages of care in Southport, supporting children with additional health needs (mainly autism, learning disabilities and challenging behaviour, but we do also support children with clinical complex needs) in their family homes and taking them out in the community to do activities such as swimming and going to the park, or taking them to school. We are looking for drivers, to drive our clients vehicles to enable them to access the community.
