Lead Test Analyst

Lead Test Analyst We are looking for a Lead Test Analyst for a technology‑driven SaaS business who will be responsible for the execution of multiple projects and cycles, ensuring quality deliverables and fostering strong relationships. Hybrid working: 2 days per week in office, 3 days remote. Salary: up to £52,000 + bonus and benefits. Key Responsibilities Lead Test Phases across work streams Manage and prioritise the Test team’s workload Manage end-to‑end testing process Create Test strategies and Test phases Define the scope of testing and agree test plans with leadership and stakeholders Test Execution and sign‑off Responsible for project release prior to UAT and Go‑Live Manage release communication Drive process improvements Monitor and report on test progress, escalation of issues when needed Ensure acceptance criteria for each phase is reached Key Skills & Experience Experience in Agile methodologies Experience managing and leading testing teams Strong experience in non‑functional testing Experience with Test Management Tools (JIRA, ALM, TFS) Good experience with Postman This role offers hybrid working out of our office based in Egham.
