The role involves a variety of diverse responsibilities to support the efficient execution of sale and marketing initiatives. This is a vital role to support operational excellence.This will be a permanent role.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:Data Collection and AnalysisCollate, analyse and track performance metrics (KPIs), providing actionableinsights and recommendations and contributing to the execution of regionalmarketing and commercial strategies to achieve business objectives.Insights and ReportingPrepare and coordinate the collection of market data to support strategicdecision-making.Document PreparationOrganize and prepare complex documents using a variety of applications forbusiness reviews and meetings. Upload marketing and medical materials into thesystem in collaboration with other team members. Also responsible for gatheringand summarising data for special reports.Business Meetings/Events ArrangementArrange venues, co-ordinate schedules, equipment, catering, accommodations,and travel for participants arriving from various locations to ensure the smoothrunning of medium-scale events.BudgetingAnalyse, track, issue, and close purchase orders in line with the planned countrybudgets. Support the Regional Head in preparing expense reports by trackingbudgets, monitoring resources and reporting variances.Project Resource ManagementCarry out delegated activities to support the deployment and effective use ofproject resources. Coordinate with supply chain, regulatory, and medicaldepartments to ensure seamless project execution.Compliance ResponsibilityComplies with applicable rules, laws, regulations and guidance governing theirrole responsibilities.CorrespondencePrepare routine emails, minutes of meetings, and reports for approval by moresenior colleagues or a senior executive.AdministrationProduce, update, and provide best practice support on complex documents,databases, and other departmental systems, advising colleagues as needed andusing expertise to help improve processes.Operational ComplianceIdentify, within the team, instances of noncompliance with the organization'spolicies and procedures and/or relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct,reporting these instances and escalating issues as appropriate.Personal Capability BuildingDevelop and maintain excellent process or technical skills by participating inassessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informaltraining and coaching.RequirementsExperienced practitioner able to work unsupervisedSeveral years of experience in a commercial or marketing support role within a healthcare or FMCG companyExperience in data collection and analysisBenefitsOur benefits may vary per location.
