Band 7 Project Manager Capital Planning Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust in Birmingham is seeking a Project Manager to lead minor capital and other projects for the Trust. The role involves end‑to‑end project management from inception to completion, including space utilisation to reduce the estate, mobilisation of new contracts, and support for capital programmes. Assist in space utilisation projects to reduce the estate and maximise utilisation. Mobilise new contracts and assist with capital programmes as needed. Conduct feasibility studies, design, programming, and financial management of schemes. Inspect properties and supervise/coordinate external consultants, contractors and site inspectors. Communicate and provide expert advice to key stakeholders of the Trust on scheme briefs, budgets, timescales, logistics and procurement. Ensure projects meet professional, technical and quality standards and maintain a patient focus.
