As our Night Porter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service throughout the night. Working alongside the Night team, you will need to think on your feet, proactively solving problems and be versatile, supporting all departments. This is a really varied role, where you will be involved in every step of our customer journey, from check in through to preparing room service orders and serving on the bar. Responsibilities Provide exceptional service throughout the night. Support all departments as required. Think on your feet and proactively solve problems. Handle every step of the customer journey – from check‑in to room service orders and bar service. Qualifications Ability to resolve guest issues efficiently and positively. Able to work on your own initiative. Know what a good job looks like. Forge and maintain strong relationships with all departments. Salary £24,868 per year – estimated ?
