Position Overview As a Maintenance Planning Administrator, you'll be the backbone of our maintenance operations, ensuring our fleet is safe, reliable, and ready for action. Responsibilities Scheduling and coordinating routine and emergency vehicle maintenance. Managing records of servicing, repairs, and inspections. Liaising with technicians, suppliers, and other team members to ensure seamless operations. Monitoring compliance with safety and legal standards. Keeping our customers informed about their vehicles' status. Qualifications Proven organisational and administration skills with a proactive mindset. Strong IT skills – you're quick to learn and adapt to new systems. Exceptional communication abilities to build strong relationships and provide clear responses.
