Your contribution to our company Using bespoke production software (SDS) to link all aspects of segment quality control, which include keeping accurate quality records and updating the database. Checking and approving completed reinforcement cages against relevant segment reinforcement drawings Delivering our infrastructure sub division assurance plan Trending and reportingof the sub division Quality performance Support the “get itright to improve productivity” initiative Driving the capture andimplementation of lessons learned Determining the concrete strength of cast segments Establishing repair requirements and co-ordinating the repairs. Undertaking finishing inspection of the segments to determine acceptance or rejection. Liaising with the Segment Production team and Quality Manager. Producing weekly quality report for the production team. Any other specificprojects / tasks given by the Quality Manager.
