Occupational Therapy Orthopaedic Team LeadAn opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and forward thinking therapist to join our leadership team here at East Surrey hospital as Occupational Therapy Orthopaedic Team Lead.The team are a well established and multidisciplinary focused team who are well respected within the hospital for their knowledge and experience in the orthopaedic field.We are looking for a Team Lead who likes a challenge, can be flexible with their approach to working as well as well experienced with a variety of assessments and interventions.Main duties of the jobThis role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to engage others, with a proactive approach to service development. You will also demonstrate a strong commitment to a person centred approach in line with the Trust Values and Behaviours.
