Lloyds Banking Group is seeking an exceptionally dedicated and motivated Senior HR Change Manager to join our Organisational Change and Implementation Leadership Team. In this role you will partner on all aspects of organisational change across several business areas, lead a team of Change Managers, drive performance, encourage a positive team culture, and champion innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities Manage a team of Organisational Change Managers. Partner with a specific business area to deliver the change portfolio. Collaborate closely with people partners and business teams. Provide consultancy and subject‑matter expertise. Drive innovation and change within our team. What You'll Need Leadership Skills: Lead and motivate a team effectively. Specialist HR Knowledge: Experience in implementing TUPEs and acquisitions, good knowledge of employment law and unions. Organisational Design: Align organisational design with business transformation objectives for seamless implementation. Adaptability: Thrive in ambiguous situations and navigate uncertainty with ease. Stakeholder Management: Work with challenging executive‑level colleagues, operate at pace, and deliver in demanding environments. Portfolio Management: Develop and manage complex plans to achieve deliverables and business outcomes. Prioritisation & Resilience: Anticipate business needs and prioritise tasks accordingly. Coaching & Performance Management: Coach team members and manage their performance to achieve high standards. Innovation & Growth Mindset: Drive innovation and foster a growth mindset within the team. Learning Agility: Quickly absorb new information, critically evaluate a broad range of issues, and move fluidly between topics. Creative Problem Solving: Apply out‑of‑the‑box thinking and continuous improvement focus to shape complex solutions to business needs. Proactive Anticipation: Anticipate needs, issues, and risks, and take appropriate action. Data Competency: Handle data and track core commercial metrics.
