The role involves outreach and brand building for our Live‑in Care and Hourly Care services. Job Details Location: Solihull Type: Part‑time (20 hours per week), Flexible hours Salary: £15.90 per hour (£16,536 per annum) What You’ll Be Doing Business Networking & Outreach: Build relationships with local businesses, groups, GPs, and healthcare professionals. Represent Unique Senior Care at events, networking functions, and outreach opportunities. Raise awareness of our Live‑in Care and Hourly Care services, generating enquiries. Commercial Growth & Brand Awareness: Develop and implement creative strategies to grow our presence across Solihull and surrounding areas. Monitor market trends and identify partnership and referral opportunities. Recruitment Support: Promote vacancies and encourage caring individuals to join the team. Assist outreach via social media and job fair events. Who We’re Looking For Commercial mindset with excellent communication and confidence in building relationships. Ideal For Retired professionals with backgrounds in sales, marketing, client relationship management, or business development. Parents returning to work with previous commercial experience, seeking flexibility. You Will Also Have Confident, outgoing personality and ability to engage with diverse people. Commercial awareness and drive to achieve results and targets. Self‑starter attitude with excellent time management and organisational skills.
