An opportunity has arisen for a suitably NMC Registered Nurse associate to work in the community.The post holder will support the Community nursing team in delivering an efficient and high-quality nursing service using evidence-based practice to a wide range of patients within the locality.We are looking to recruit a Band 4 Nurse Associate to work in the Ealing Borough of London. It is essential that you have a NMC registration, excellent team working, and communication skills as well as the desire to share knowledge and work within an inter-professional framework.You will be required to work flexibly which will include weekends, evenings and bank holidays. The role requires travel around the local community.You will need to have a full driver's licence and access to a car. The service covers 8am - 8pm working 7 days per week. The shift patterns are 8am - 4pm, 9am-1700pm, 10am - 1800pm, and 12pm - 8pm fulltime including weekend working.Main duties of the jobThis is a community post and therefore you must be able to travel throughout the locality, in a timely manner, carrying equipment as well as travelling with staff.You will also be expected to support students as part of their basic training and colleagues as part of their ongoing professional development.
