Position Overview An opportunity has arisen for a suitably NMC Registered Nurse associate to work in the community. The post holder will support the Community nursing team in delivering an efficient and high-quality nursing service using evidence-based practice to a wide range of patients within the locality. Key Details Band 4 Nurse Associate in Ealing Borough, London Essential: NMC registration, excellent team working and communication skills, desire to share knowledge and work within an inter‑professional framework Work flexibly – includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays Shift patterns: 8am–4pm, 9am–5pm, 10am–6pm, 12pm–8pm (full‑time, 7 days per week) Requires full driver’s licence and access to a vehicle; travel throughout the locality is essential Responsibilities Support the Community nursing team in delivering high‑quality care to patients across the locality Support students during basic training and colleagues in ongoing professional development Attend induction and training prior to commencing the role Travel within the community, carrying equipment and accompanying staff as required Qualifications & Experience Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) Experience in a community setting (preferred but not mandatory) Strong communication, teamwork and inter‑professional collaboration skills Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle access Benefits & Work Environment West London NHS Trust is a diverse provider delivering mental, physical and community services.
