The ideal candidate will have previous experience delivering phonics sessions, with a strong preference for those trained in Read Write Inc (RWI).You'll play a vital role in helping children build essential early reading and writing skills, supporting both whole-class learning and small group or one-to-one interventions.Candidate RequirementsA recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualificationExperience supporting pupils in a UK primary school settingPhonics experience - preferably Read Write Inc trainedKS1 knowledge and experienceThe ability to nurture and build strong relationships with childrenExcellent communication and teamwork skillsA commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfareA valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to obtain one)About the SchoolOur client is a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Hockley, known for its supportive staff and strong community ethos.
