Service Desk Analyst

Join us as a Service Desk Analyst at PentenAmio, a leading provider of advanced digital security solutions. Typical Activities Responding to technical support requests via email, phone or ticketing system Providing advanced troubleshooting and resolving customer incidents Fulfilling service requests and provisioning hardware Supporting the Major Incident and Problem Management processes Creating and maintaining user guides and internal documentation Collaborating with other teams to drive incident resolution Assisting in inter-team knowledge sharing and workload alignment Delivering training and support to other Service Desk team members Communicating service issues and updates to management Supporting service delivery excellence across the business What we’re looking for Experience with Windows and Linux desktop environments Good understanding of IT networks Proficiency with ITSM tools such as Jira, Freshdesk or ServiceNow Experience using knowledge systems like Confluence or SharePoint Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools Excellent communication skills, face-to-face and online Experience in a Service Desk or similar support environment Ability to remain calm under pressure and prioritise effectively Experience working with secure communications environments Familiarity with Unix systems Knowledge of Wi-Fi networking ITIL Foundation or equivalent knowledge Qualifications & Eligibility To be eligible for this position you must: Have relevant experience in an Service Desk or technical support role, OR have a degree in a relevant field; and, Be a British citizen; and Hold or be eligible for UK National Security Vetting (NSV) – DV level clearance.
