We’re seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment, drive AI-powered sourcing strategies, and partner with business leaders to hire top talent in a fast-growing environment. You will also mentor junior members of the team and support leadership to foster a culture of innovation, trust and transparency.This is a hybrid role, with office attendance required 2/3 times per week.What You’ll DoLead and manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple business functionsUse tools to source, screen, and assess candidatesOptimise job board strategy and role visibilityProvide market insights, salary benchmarks, and competitor intelligenceBuild strong relationships with hiring managers and act as a trusted advisorLead interviews, assessments, and talent pipeline developmentSupport employer branding and recruitment campaignsEnsure compliance and contribute to continuous improvement across the talent landscapeWhat You Bring5+ years in-house recruitment experience and managing the full life cycleStrong experience of AI recruitment tools and ATS platformsProven success managing high-volume, and multi-function hiringExperience with job boards, talent pipelines, and data-driven recruitmentPrevious experience in strategic talent attraction methods and identifying new routes to marketExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills at all levels up to C suiteAgile, resilient, and able to thrive in fast-changing environments across multiple disciplinesReady to shape our talent strategy?
