The postholder will engage at a senior level with key stakeholders, including board-level executives, to shape and refine the organisation’s bid pipeline, ensuring sustainable business success.ResponsibilitiesOperational Excellance - Bid Management - Lead the development of innovative, compelling bid strategies that enhance win rates and long term profitability.Financial Accountability - Bid Pipeline Oversight - Develop and maintain a rolling bid pipeline, ensuring strategic prioritisationof high value opportunities.Customer Focus - Stakeholder Relationaships - Work closely with operational teams to develop bids that reflect deliverable, high quality service propositions.Innovation and Continuous Improvement - Leverage digital tools and AI to enhance bid writing, tracking and analytics.Key SkillsExceptional strategic thinking and business development skills.Strong leadership with experience managing senior bid professionals.Ability to drive process transformation within the bid function.High-level stakeholder engagement and negotiation capabilities.Expertise in bid writing, storytelling, and persuasive proposal development.Strong data-driven decision-making and analytical skills.Please note we do not require any agency support, any unsolicited CVs will be considered as a gift.
