About the role We are hiring a Country Marketing Lead to grow Wispr Flow in the UK & Ireland. You will build awareness, trust, and usage by embedding Wispr inside the unique local context of your market. What you will do Lead go to market efforts for your region, from planning through execution Identify and partner with creators, personalities, and storytellers who are highly relevant in the UK & IE region Build relationships that drive authentic reach, cultural relevance, and user growth Source and secure GTM partnerships with other brands that align with our target users and mission Help Wispr Flow show up in the right moments and cultural conversations Light localization of content, messaging, and positioning Track growth, learn quickly, and refine your approach as the market evolves Work closely with global brand, growth, and product teams while owning your territory What success looks like The highest per capita growth in UK & IE of any market Visible and credible presence in local culture and creator circles High quality creator and brand partnerships that drive real adoption Local users who understand, love, and advocate for Wispr Flow Who you are 5+ years of experience in marketing, partnerships, or creator programs for software/tech rocketships Deep understanding of the UK & IE market A network you can leverage on day one Creative, resourceful, and comfortable working independently Strong communicator who can move fast and learn fast Already living in the UK If you want to own making Wispr Flow explode in the UK & IE Region, and enjoy working where creativity and technology meet, we would love to talk.
