As the Country Lead for the UK, you will lead Pump's expansion into the UK market. You GTM strategy, build and lead a high‑performing team, and establish Pump as a leader in cloud cost optimization in the UK. Responsibilities Develop and execute Pump's GTM strategy for the UK, aligning with global objectives and local market dynamics. Recruit, train, and lead a cross‑functional team across sales, marketing, customer success, and technical support. Identify and pursue business development opportunities to expand Pump's market share and customer base in the UK. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including AWS, channel partners, and customers. Ensure compliance with local regulations and cultural norms while aligning with global corporate policies. Qualifications Proven experience in a leadership role with a track record of successfully managing business operations and GTM strategies, preferably in the cloud computing or IT services industry. Experience building and scaling startups, preferably from a small team to a larger organization. Strong understanding of the AWS ecosystem and experience in cloud cost management or similar fields. Excellent networking skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with a variety of partners and stakeholders. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, capable of adapting to the fast‑paced technology landscape. Effective communicator and influencer, proficient in English and local languages.
