About the Role The Sales Operations team is in a transformative phase, moving into our second full year in the business. We’re looking for enthusiastic data professionals who are eager to embrace managing change to support our sales leaders. The focus will be on leading indicators of performance to sustain our sales growth path as well as supporting the provision of insights and data support for our other Centres of Excellence. As a senior member of the team, you will be guiding best practices in managing data models that support this objective, as well as getting deeply involved in leveraging AI to enhance the accuracy of complex models, ensuring the business aligns on a single source of truth.
