As a new graduate in our Highways & Civils team, you will gain on-the-job training using the latest software tools and exposure to stages from initial concept through to construction. You will assist and support colleagues in the preparation of feasibility studies, scheme reports and highway designs as part of your development toward becoming a professionally qualified engineer.
