As a Graduate Engineer you will join our structured Graduate Programme designed to accelerate your professional development and provide exposure to some of the UKs most significant infrastructure projects focusing on HS2 Track.You will work alongside experienced engineers and project managers gaining hands-on experience in design construction and delivery phases. Rotations will allow you to explore different disciplines and understand the full lifecycle of major rail projects.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the design and delivery of  mechanical or civil engineering solutions for rail and infrastructure projectsSupport project teams with technical analysis drawings and specificationsContribute to safety quality and environmental compliance across all project stagesCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams including commercial planning and systems engineeringEngage in problem-solving and innovation to meet project challenges and sustainability goalsQualifications : Expected to graduate with a minimum 2:1 degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.Strong interest in rail and infrastructure projects and commitment to achieving professional chartership (e.g. IET ICE)Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced consultancy environmentFlexible and adaptable to changing project requirements and timelinesRight to work in the UKAdditional Information : We are committed to our planetIn each project we design engineer and operate we care deeply about the legacy were leaving behind.
