Join to apply for the Business Support Executive role at Link Group LtdOverviewOur Credit & Investment Team at MUFG Corporate Markets, a division of MUFG Pension & Market Services, is looking to recruit a Business Support Executive to join the team as part of a university placement year. The team provides proactive investment advice to clients, including conducting research on new products that come to market with themes such as the Environment and Social Governance (ESG). In addition, we provide an Agency Treasury Service (ATS), which allows clients to place various deposits through us with our range of panel banks.The Business Support Executive will join as a junior member of the team, working to provide a range of reports, economic commentaries and presentations, as well as historic and live market data to the wider team and our clients. This is a great role, enabling you to learn, grow and develop personally and professionally within a supportive team who are willing to teach you on the job. This will enable you to expand your knowledge of financial markets in a progressive, market leading company that prides itself on offering investment in personal development. This role is a hybrid role, with a blend of both working from home and from our London based office, so you need to be within commuting distance of central London. This should be clearly identified through either using it as part of your course or having taken external training modulesDay to Day, you willCompose daily and weekly commentaries which review major economic events and market activity for distribution to clientsProduce monthly fund monitoring reports for distribution to the wider Treasury team on a multitude of asset classes including money‑market, fixed income, equities and property, whilst liaising with Client Relationship Managers and Client Executives to ensure reports remain relevant and informativeProduce monthly counterparty risk assessments which review risk and financial metrics and other news relating to a range of banksUpdate the weekly ATS rate sheet, inputting the rates received by our panel banks for distribution to clientsCheck ATS deals placed to ensure processes have been followed correctly, the correct information has been saved for auditing purposes and all figures reconcileProduce client deal confirmations for both daily deals placed and monthly accrued interest statementsAttend seminars which include sessions from market‑leading experts such as Capital Economics, to gain a greater understanding of current market conditions and forecastsBenefits26 days annual leave, plus a wellbeing day, a volunteer day, bank holidays and the opportunity to buy up to 5 days extra each yearHealth, wellbeing and lifestyle rewards that can be tailored to support you and your family.
