Account Director – Professional Indemnity We have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Professional Indemnity (PI) Account Director to join the team at Jensten Group. Based in Central London and offered hybrid working once settled, you will report to the Head of FINPRO and combine managing the FINPRO London team with handling renewals while generating new business. Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of brokers and support staff. Manage a portfolio of professional indemnity clients in construction and legal sectors. Develop new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships. Provide expert advice on insurance solutions and risk management. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with underwriting and claims teams to deliver effective solutions. Ensure compliance with local procedures, customer service standards and external compliance regulations (e.g., FCA). Qualifications Insurance industry background – especially in Professional Indemnity, ideally with construction and solicitor retail experience. Wholesale experience is a plus. Proven experience as an Account Director or similar leadership role in insurance brokerage. Professional connections within London’s insurance market (ideally). Strong passion and flair for new business, with a track record of retaining clients. Excellent leadership, communication and relationship‑management skills. Ability to drive business growth and team development. Drive and genuine passion to learn and develop yourself and your team. Acturis system knowledge (ideally).
