We are partnering with a leading organisation in the Eye Care market, to recruit an impactful Sustainability Lead who will shape and drive the company’s environmental strategy. In this role, you’ll work closely with senior leaders, external partners and cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful change, influence culture and bring new ideas to life.

This is a full-time permanent position, working remotely with limited travel to our client’s office when required.

Ideal Requirements

* A strong background in sustainability is required.

* At least 3 years’ successful track record in project management.

* Proven experience in sustainability management, environmental compliance, or related fields.

* Healthcare or Pharmaceutical background is preferred, but not essential.

Role Responsibilities

* Lead and deliver the sustainability strategy, ensuring compliance, tracking performance, and driving continuous improvement across the organisation.

* Use data and audits to drive action, analysing sustainability performance, strengthening product and packaging compliance, and producing clear, insight-led reports.

* Promote innovation, researching new technologies, identifying carbon-reduction opportunities, and embedding a culture of sustainable practice.

* Engage and influence stakeholders, collaborating with internal teams and external partners, delivering training, and producing the annual Impact Report.
