Our Property Services team is growing and we’re looking for talented Work Planners to help us keep homes safe and well maintained. Pay range This range is provided by Nottingham Community Housing Association. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. The Role As a Work Planner you’ll schedule and coordinate housing repairs and maintenance for our trade teams. You’ll make sure jobs are planned effectively and completed on time, helping us provide excellent service to our customers. What You’ll Do Diagnose maintenance issues and estimate time needed for repairs Create work schedules to maximise team productivity Raise work orders using our systems Provide clear instructions to trade teams and inspectors Order materials when needed Monitor progress and ensure tasks meet Service Level Agreements.
