As a Health and Social Care lecturer you will be based at the state‑of‑the‑art Healthcare Campus, designed to simulate real‑world healthcare environments. The campus is a Centre of Industry Excellence with strong partnerships with NHS Foundation Trusts and private providers, offering students enriched learning through guest speakers, placements, and career pathways. Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging lessons across a range of Health and Social Care courses. Provide constructive feedback and support learner progress. Supervise practical activities and work placements. Use technology and innovative teaching methods to support independent learning. Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement. Support students’ wellbeing and promote a positive learning environment. Participate in college events, employer engagement, and open days. Criteria Relevant Level 3 vocational qualification. PGCE/Certificate of Education or equivalent. Industry‑related experience in Health and Social Care. Strong knowledge of subject matter and assessment requirements. Ability to inspire and motivate learners. Competent in using technology for teaching and assessment. High expectations of self and others, with a collaborative and innovative mindset.
