- A PhD in public health, implementation science, or a closely related field, with applied experience in LMIC settings.
- Proven expertise in mixed-methods evaluations, including process evaluations and data analysis.
- Demonstrable knowledge of malaria control interventions, particularly vaccines, and understanding of health systems in low-resource settings.
- Excellent academic writing skills and a developing or established track record of publication.
- Full working proficiency in French and experience conducting research in African settings.
- A commitment to equitable partnerships, research capacity strengthening, and global health impact.
**For Senior Lecturer level, you will additionally bring**:

- A clear vision for developing a sustainable and impactful research portfolio in malaria implementation science.
**In return, we offer**:
- A competitive salary depending on experience and level of appointment.
- 30 days annual leave, plus bank holidays and additional Christmas closure days.
- Membership of generous occupational pension schemes.
- Agile and hybrid working options.
- A cycle-to-work scheme and discounted access to the University of Liverpool Sports Centre.
- Supportive career development, including access to LSTM’s Career Track programme for those aiming for long-term academic leadership.
