About the roleWe are recruiting an SEN/SEMH Teacher catering to young people with Special Educational Needs and communication & interaction needs. If you are an enthusiastic educator looking to deliver high-quality, personalised teaching in a supportive environment, this is for you.Key duties:Lead teaching and learning for groups and individual pupils with special educational needs.Design adaptive curriculum pathways that promote independence, wellbeing and academic progress.Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams including therapists, behaviour support staff and families.Embed strength-based approaches, positive behaviour strategies and inclusive practices.Track, evaluate and report on pupil progress, contributing to their longer-term preparation for adulthood.What we’re seeking:QTS or QTLS.Experience working in a specialist or SEND setting is highly desired, but not essential.Strong leadership, communication and relational skills.Creative, flexible and reflective teacher who thrives in a collaborative environment.A commitment to inclusive education and high standards for every pupil.What’s in it for youA role where your expert teaching changes lives.Professional development tailored to specialist SEND practice.A dedicated, caring team with a shared vision of success for all learners.Ready to make a difference?
