SEND Teacher/Team Teach Trained Middlesbrough up to £30 an hour About the Role: Connex Education is seeking an exceptional and passionate SEN Teacher to join a dedicated team. About the School/Organisation: This educational organisation supports pupils with diverse learning difficulties functioning below age‑related expectations, including SEMH needs. They provide a varied curriculum tailored to help each child achieve individual goals. As a SEND Teacher, you’ll work in an engaging environment supporting both academic development and social‑emotional growth, helping students become respectful community members. The role requires a hardworking, resilient educator committed to making a positive impact on vulnerable children’s lives through personalised learning approaches. Assignment Details: Full‑time position starting October 2025 providing 1:1 academic support to looked‑after students. Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 8:30am-4pm. Essential requirement: comfort and experience working with young people who have varied special educational needs, particularly SEND/SEMH. The role demands expertise in supporting vulnerable students with diverse learning challenges through individualised teaching approaches.
