Bank Nursery Practitioner - The Old Station Nursery Group Join our team to create brighter futures for children. Pay Up to £12.45 per hour, plus accrued holiday pay. Working Hours Monday to Friday. Zero hour contract, flexible shifts. Location Ashbrook Drive, Rednal, Rubery, Birmingham, West Midlands, B45 9FP About the Nursery My First Friends Rubery nursery prides itself on its large spaces and stimulating environment and beautiful outdoor space. Located on Park Way, opposite Brewers Fayre and Nuffield Health. Entry off Ashbrook Drive and ample parking. What Your Role Involves Create a warm, fun, and nurturing environment where children feel safe and thrive. Plan and deliver engaging, play-based activities aligned with the EYFS framework. Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Monitor and celebrate children’s development milestones, keeping records to share with parents. Support the day-to-day running of the nursery, maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and care. Requirements Previous experience working in childcare. Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification desirable, but not essential.
